Accessibility at Louvelle

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to browse and rent on Louvelle, including people who use assistive technology.

The standard we are working to is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

This statement covers louvelleapp.com and louvelle.app. The status, known limitations and contact details below apply to both sites, and accessibility@louvelle.app is the contact for accessibility feedback.

Current status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That means some parts of it do not yet fully conform.

These are the limitations we know about:

The waitlist form and the privacy and terms pages are hosted by a third-party provider (Zoho). They do not yet meet the standard for zoom, form labels and reflow on small screens.
Some colour contrast on the Designers page is being fixed.
Some of the structure of product detail pages is being fixed.
The signed-in checkout flows have not yet been fully audited.
